Odyssey ONE provides general financial planning tools. While we offer access to licensed financial planners (if you choose), the platform itself does not constitute personalized financial advice or investment recommendations unless explicitly provided during an Advisor session.

3. Advisor Services (Optional)

If you choose to book a session with an advisor, the advice given is based on the information you provide. You agree that Odyssey One and its planners are not liable for any decisions made based on incomplete or incorrect information you submit.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including visuals, software, and branding—is the property of Odyssey ONE or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or modify any part of the platform without permission.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

✅ By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges as outlined on the Pricing page.

✅ You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.

✅ Refunds are not available for the annual plan after activation.

6. Limitations of Liability

We do our best to ensure accuracy, but Odyssey ONE is provided “as is.” We are not liable for financial losses, tax penalties, or missed investment opportunities resulting from your use of the platform.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate these terms or misuse the service.
